Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).

Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.

Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.

Additional Details:

1. The five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens and Staten Island). The zip codes pertaining to these boroughs are: 100xx-104xx, 111xx, 112xx-114xx, and 116xx). Within these zip codes, we are unable to ship air rifles and pistols that shoot metal ammunition. We are also unable to ship blank guns to these zip codes. We are not permitted to ship wrist-braced slingshots to New York State.

2. New Jersey - We are not permitted to ship airguns to New Jersey. Residents of New Jersey can buy BB guns from us through a designated local gun store after acquiring an Airgun Permit. New Jersey law states that a firearm is any handgun, rifle, shotgun, air gun, gas gun, machine gun, or any gun. We are not permitted to ship slingshots anywhere in New Jersey.

3. Washington DC - Unable to ship any type of airgun to residents of Washington DC.

4. Illinois - Unable to ship airguns that shoot 700 fps or higher to anywhere in the state. Unable to ship airguns with a caliber size over 0.18. Unable to ship any type of airgun to Chicago, IL. Unable to ship blank guns to Chicago, IL.

5. Rhode Island - Unable to ship slingshots to Rhode Island.

6. Virginia - Unable to ship blank guns to Virginia. Unable to ship slingshots to Falls Church, VA.

7. Delaware - Unable to ship slingshots to Dover & Wilmington.

8. Florida - Unable to ship slingshots to St. Augustine.

9. Massachusetts - Unable to ship slingshots to Massachusetts.

10. Minnesota - Unable to ship slingshots to Duluth.

11. South Carolina - Unable to ship slingshots to Charleston.

12. Tennessee - Unable to ship slingshots to Knoxville.

13. Utah - Unable to ship slingshots to Salt Lake County.

14. Residents of Michigan may purchase anything on our site except for pellet guns or BB guns measuring 30 inches or less (overall length). These guns are regulated by Michigan as firearms and require a concealed gun permit or a Michigan state license to purchase a pistol. Blank guns and airsoft guns are NOT included in this restriction regardless of length. They may be purchased without any permit or license.

Special note: We cannot ship guns or slingshots to Canada.

Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.

Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to support@BadassAirsoftGuns.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

· Original packaging.

· Original invoice or receipt.

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

These products must be purchased by an adult, 18 years of age or older.
